They are more popular than you might think! Facial exercises work to strengthen and firm the muscles of the face, chin and neck and can help you lose facial fat. Activities like yoga and Pilates are also beneficial.

Facial Massage


Facial massage is akin to facial exercises as it helps to tone up the muscles and reduce face fat.
 

The best way is to massage with natural oils which are only beneficial to the skin. Coconut and olive oil are excellent. Start gently as skin has to adjust. Stop if you feel sore and resume when you can. When you feel used to it, massage as vigorously as you can. The more vigorous you can make it the better and quicker the results.
 

You will see very noticeable results in two weeks and over time, you'll get better results. You will be amazed at how effective it is. The treatment will also heal many skin conditions and gives skin a vibrantly healthy glow.
